R & R Sport Freeheel Weekend 6-7th August
Join us for for our annual R & R Sport Freeheel Fun weekend.
This event draws in telemarkers from far and wide is a great chance to get together with other freeheelers.
Fun Day Saturday
Fun events throughout the day on Saturday with spot prizes. The events are open to all tele abilities. Please register on field at Palmer Lodge, 10-11am, on the day. WE may also run some beginner clinics of Saturday if there is enough interest. Thanks to R & R Sport we also have a limited amount of telemark gear vailable for you to use if you would like to give telemarking a try but don't have your own gear.
Sunday Tele Clinics
Improve your style and ski like a Nordman or Nordwoman. Three-hour clinics taught as two 1.5 hour sessions. This year we have two great guest instructors taking the clinics - Greg & Marti, NZSIA telemark examiners. This is an opportunity you should make the most of!
Cost: $60 per person (members $42). Advanced booking is necessary.

Saturday Night Accommodation
Stay the weekend - we're hoping to organise a special group DBB "Club Style" booking in Broken River Lodge. Please email marketing@brokenriver.co.nz if you would like to book a bunk for Saturday night. Bookings must be made by 27th July.
